Omg.... Came out here bout 7pm... Got the breaded wings and pork chops.... Kindness was on deck. Saw the man walking from the back with floured up pork chops in his hand to throw in da grease. ok Grab my receipts from the nice man, taking money and orders. Came back 15 mins later, took pictures of the food. Looks like Grandma or I cooked it. Beautiful. Came home. Tasted All the food.....Salt Salt Salt🙅🏽‍♀️...

Before you serve food to people, you are supposed to taste it. Do a trial run after seasoning it. I am so disappointed.... I'm Like try it again.? I did but... No

I went there because of the reviews. Wanted to love this place and put some more ppl on.

You cant keep using the same flour... The salt resonates at the bottom, which make for salty foods, depending on how much you got in there. So wat am I going to do with this food. It has a tainted taste when I bite into it... Suggestion: Get some baking soda boxes to keep in the fridge or freezer. To combat the smell.

This place is unreal nearly $20 for a dinner plate and this is what these sorry people sell after wait 15 min for someone to even take the order then another 25 mins for the food and this is what happens. They put the sides of cabbage and Macaroni and cheese in a sauce container who does that. Poor customer service is an understatement when a worker notified the people in the back that there were customers waiting to order they replied we know and everyone heard them. I will never return to this place again and I encourage anyone to save their hard earned money for a place with better service and food. I should have know better when I saw the staff to turn away but I was pressed for time in a city I’m unfamiliar with! If this is what Newport News has to offer then NO THANKS I didn’t eat the food as this just happened today it’s in the back seat heading to trash...

I was excited when I walked in the decor was nice however there was a slight smell and customer service was lacking because you don't see anyone when you instantly walk in it's like they're behind a tinted glass there is no welcome or hello when you come in so that was kind of sad. I ordered the wings and waffle combo along with a slice of pound cake My wings had burn marks and were slightly undercooked which I didn't understand that because of the burn marks but they look like they had sat on something hot, the waffle was decent that's the only thing that I ate completely and the pound cake was a disappointment I took one bite and toss the rest of it in the trash.
