I guess I won’t be ordering from Domino's Pizza ever again. (Newport, NH location) We never have a problem but tonight was absolutely terrible. First issue was that we tipped the delivery driver and never do contactless, they delivered the pizza and put it on the ground without knocking like they normally do. Ordered a thin crust veggie pizza without cheese for the one with allergies and the first one came with sausage on it. Called the “manager” and was schooled about how they can’t promise cross-contamination from happening on the veggie. He apologized and offered to remake it after schooling me about the kitchen not being allergen free, said he would personally make the pizza himself and it comes to my door this time and what do I find on the second veggie? Sausage.. Now I am beginning to think it was purposely done the second time around and I ended up throwing both pizzas away because nobody else in my house will eat them. Very very upset and unsatisfied. We won’t be coming back...

We order from this Domino's from time to time because it's the only restaurant that delivers to my house. We have had numerous mistakes made by their delivery people. Today they blamed GPS for the guy going to the wrong town entirely. Other delivery drivers can find the house but not this guy. When I called to talk to the manager she was angry and rude and defensive and then I talked to the general manager who was also angry rude defensive and all she did was offer to cancel the order she said we are humans we make mistakes. With that said we will not be ordering from them ever again. I understand times are hard right now and it's hard to find good employees but to not own their own mistake and blame the GPS over and over is just ridiculous. I was told the delivery driver is old he has a bad hip...... And then they blame GPS... Took this man 30 minutes to get from George's Mills to Sunapee. The guy just got here. Cold pizza.
