Very poor customer service especially the old man behind the counter and the owner. Very rude. Over marked prices on the cub cadet lawnmowers and stihl chainsaws. They charge 3% percent for using your debit card!!!!!They let us walk away from the sale because the owner would not drop the 3 percent increase of the total sale to swipe the card! We decide to do our business elsewhere. We drove 1 hour up the road to Collins Mississippi *Covington County Supply' which has the same lawnmower for 300$ cheaper plus no 3% to swipe your card. Green Thumb legally could get in trouble for overpriceing the manufacturers set pricing. Hmmm!!! Im glad we went elsewhere to buy our cadet... wish I could give 0 stars. Be smart and shop...

Lawn mower wasn't pulling correctly. So I took it to Newton. Upon dropping off mower, I was told it was probably a transmission problem. 45 minutes later, after the mechanic checked it out, I was told, "Yep, the transmission on one side was not working. Might as well buy a new mower for cost to fix it."

Picked up mower and took it to a friend who looked it over. He is a small engine repair mechanic with many years experience. He found the problem within 30 minutes. He ordered the part. For $50 (and a small unasked for tip) I had my mower fixed.

I wouldn't take my mower to these folks because they'll just try to get you to buy another new one from them (I purchased the first one from them) instead of fixing...

I normally do post about things. I will in this case. I found this place online to work on my old mower they did not want to work on it because it was an older mower. After they worked on the mower and I picked it up it was worse that when I took it to them! They would even fix or look at the mower to see if it could be fixed!! Bad customer service!! Do not...
