First off, let me just say that I have ordered every single piece of furniture from this store. A master bedroom set complete with mattress, a leather sectional, 2 twin mattresses, and a full mattress. Recently I purchased a table, couch, and chair and a half. I was told my table would be delivered the week before Thanksgiving. No phone call to let me know it had been delayed, but they then delivered it 2 days before Thanksgiving, however it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. The delivery guys were great and said to keep it and call the next day to figure out the next steps. Not sure why I had to call when it was their error, but ok. New table was finally delivered several weeks later and again not much communication. In the meantime, I received a bill from Wells Fargo with all the furniture purchased even though I had not received anything correct yet. That whole discrepancy is still being dealt with. Next, our couch and chair and a half was due to arrive the week of Christmas. No phone call with the delay, I waited and waited expecting the delay due to what had already happened. Husband called last week and they were having problems with the company and not receiving the right color of furniture. Again, I get that, but why could that not be communicated to us?? Supposedly we are to receive our furniture in 3 weeks but I’m not holding my breath. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a company, and due to the table fiasco, I had also taken several afternoons off before finding out it wouldn’t be delivered as planned. As of last week, they told my husband they would credit us $200 but this has been more of a hassle than anything. However, he ordered a Stearns and Foster mattress ($1250) from Brian over the phone. Let me also explain my Father is a 94 year old gentleman, legally blind, a Veteran of WWII. When the bed was delivered unknown to my Father, there were no tags on the mattress and a receipt was never included either. I discovered this when making the bed. It sagged as well. No tags is a FEDERAL OFFENCE!!!! My Father felt like he had been taken advantage of. After all the business he had done with Brian. Then to top things off, Brian lied about me to the Investigator in the State’s Attorney General’s Office. He lied about me calling Brian to set up a time to visit the store and then we never showed up.
