William James College — Local services in Newton

This school will absolutely burn you out and wreck your mental health for the "privilege" of being in their program. You may have access to good coursework, faculty, and training sites. But this all comes at the cost of being under the thumb of a school that runs like an authoritarian govt. If they say "jump" and you don't immediately say "how high?" They will make it their mission to make your experience there miserable. The whole program runs on a sink or swim, dog eat dog mentality. They do not help students to succeed in the program, if you are struggling, that is your fault and you must not belong here. You will feel like you are at risk of being kicked out, the entire time you're in this program bc they will hold it over your head to maintain compliance. They do not care about student well being or student mental health. That's your problem and your fault and you shouldn't be here is you can't "handle" the abuse they dish out.
