Laura is a “Master” at providing a personal touch! After making my order online, I called the next day to find out the ETA of when the delivery would be made to my daughter and her family. I had to leave a message, however, Laura called back within just a few minutes and gave me the information I needed. I found out just after that, that my daughter would still be in the hospital and wouldn’t be home when the flowers were to be delivered so I called Laura back. Laura said she would call my daughter and find out what would work best for her. Within just a minute or two, Laura texted me that she talked to my daughter and made arrangements to leave the flowers with a neighbor. I even learned from Laura when my daughter would most likely be home from the hospital. During all of this, I did not realize I was talking to/texting with Laura of “Flowers by Laura”. look, this was just a simple flower delivery. I didn’t expect to talk to the company owner. I was overwhelmingly impressed by Laura‘s kindness and her bright, happy, and sunny disposition. She was delightful to visit with. Laura is so amazing!! We had her do all of our flowers for our wedding a couple weeks ago and the flowers were AMAZING!! She figured out exactly what I wanted, when I had no idea what I wanted haha!
