Day 1. My drier over heated and was unsafe. Shopped around for a few hour on line and found a local family owned company. With The Covid 19 stay at home still happening, I wanted someone I could trust and care about the customer. Trust and service are very important to me! Called Chown Appliance and spoke to Chris. She was very helpful with great product knowledge and experience with the Chown offerings. After a detailed shopping trip online with Chris, I made a decision. The replacement dryer was Scheduled for delivery the next morning. My ol units were over 15 years in use. So decided to purchase the washer too. The GE paired washer was not available until the first of next week. Day 2. Chris called in the morning to let me know the washer and the drier would both be delivered in the morning. The delivery crew was wonderful. Removed the old washer and dryer. Installed the new pair. I was back to stripping beds and enjoying the new features on my new GE laundry mates! I would hoy recommend Chown Appliance And I shopped a locally owned business...
