Lake View Motor Speedway — Local services in Nichols

Went to Lake View Motor Speedway for the first time, totally worth the 2.5 hour drive to see sprint car racing. Good food, great atmosphere, the entire facility looks great. The announcer gave a moving and heart felt invocation before the racing started, I'll never forget it. The racing was good, there are alot of skilled drivers in all classes--clearly the bar has been raised at Lake View. One thing to keep in mind, it has been my experience at other tracks that qualifying has been completed and at 7, racing starts. At Lake View, they start breaking-in the track, then qualifying after 7. I had to leave after the first feature race because it was 10:45 and I had a long drive ahead. We were traveling from SW Florida and visiting different tracks in our RV. What a great nite of racing. The hospitality we received made us feel like we were one of the gang. If your in a RV or just in the area this track is a must see. The owners Scott and Sophie gave us a golf cart tour of track and just wonderful people. Oh and yes.... John, (flagman) your social media posts are part of the reason we're here, also great show with the flags, I can tell you enjoy your job! We will be back.......

What a fun family friendly place to be. Dirt track nestled in the woods. Very fan oriented. Very reasonable prices. My family has been here many times. Only about 45min from the beach.
