Never will I ever go here again. They are beyond rude and no customers skills at all. I called several times about parts I needed not once did anyone say I have to order it. Even called when I was on my way from Round Rock and told them that and told them I hope I make it before 5:30, not once did anyone say if u want the part u have to order it, they wait till I got there at 5:26 and then they wouldn't even pull it for me. I'm a female and pulled the part off my car in less then 2min but they wouldn't because they were fixing to close. When I asked why they didn't tell me this they said I never asked. Wtf. I'm not from Austin and in Dallas as long as u are there before closing u can pull it yourself or pay extra to have someone do it. How was I suppose to know and why didn't they say since u r on your way do u want to go ahead and order the part? To make matters worse when I asked to speak to a manger the white dude looks at the mexican one and says do u want to act like the manger. Then tells me I can take my business some where else when I said yalls customer service sucks also they didn't like how I said I called several times and yall could have told me how yalls rules work as far as getting a part, And when I told them their phone lines where busy three of the times I called to get a hold of them they said i was lieing, but yet when i went to show them my call logs they wouldnt look. ( because they know they were the ones lieing) I'm a manger in the auto field and I will make sure everyone I know will no longer shop there, because it seems like they have no respect for females or their customers. I will how ever shop at Austin used auto parts, because even do they were closed they still answered the phone and told me they have the part, but can't pull it till tomorrow and then told me to order it at 8:30 so it will be ready for me at 9am and the part is cheaper. Read moreNot a good experience. Although the guys were not rude to me, their customer service is poor at best. Called for a part, was told they have it, come pay today and I can pick it up the next day. This was a red flag, but I rationalized it by thinking maybe they have orders folks don't pick up and are being wise with their labor costs. Fine. Spent over 2 hours traveling to their location. Paid for the part. Gave phone number to call when it was ready. Hadn't received a call, so I called them to ask for an update. Was told the parts guy is removing it right now, we will call in 15 minutes and let you know its ready for pickup. Not long after we are informed they dont even have the part. Never did. We can come back and get our money. Had to drive all the way back to their location miles past the airport in the heavy traffic. My time, gas, and sanity were all wasted by this poor business...
