I initially contacted Preston in early June to check if Storage USA had any covered spots in Buda, TX for an RV we were purchasing at the time. He invited me to come in and check out the space that day, which I did, but I wasn’t quite ready because the RV we were interested in purchasing was getting inspected the next day. About a week later, during the negotiating process with the RV store, Preston followed up with a courtesy call to check if I was still interested in the space, but we weren’t reasy due to some unforeseen curcumstances with the RV store.
I finally called him back Mid July and he mentioned (apologetically) that the space had been rented, but that he had one spot left in a new facility in Neiderwald about 30 minutes away. I was desperate at this point because I had looked everywhere close to home for a covered spot when I asked if I could see it immediately! Without hesitation, he said that he would meet me over there in 30 minutes! Not only did he make time to drive over to show me the space, but I realized that he took a genuine interest in taking care of my needs and had a great demeanor and attitude about showing me this spot in 100 degree weather! Kudos to Preston! Storage USA is lucky to have someone who has not only great business acumen, but also a willingness to make people happy. You don’t find this level of service now-a-days, it’s good to know it...
   Read moreOh. My. Goodness!!! Our family bought a travel trailer very last minute. We realized as soon as we got home that there was no way for it to fit in our driveway, even temporarily. I reserved a space at highway 21 storage online and headed that direction. When we arrived, we couldn't figure out how to use our gate code. The facility was closed but as a last resort, we tried the number. AND THEY PICKED UP! The gentleman was SO SO kind. He helped get our code activated and stayed on the phone with us until we located our spot. He reviewed all of the amenities we could take advantage of. Just above and beyond what was required of him. We are so, so grateful for his welcoming. I am more than happy to pay monthly for a spot at a facility that truly cares about his customers....

Told her I tried. Have low signal out here. Tried another time. Failed again.
Jose called me last week. Told him I was on the road and will be back Tuesday.
He said he would see if I updated info.
If not he would call me on Wednesday.
He did exactly as he said. Took 30 seconds to update my info.
Very pleasant to speak with the person. Im doing business with.
