We had planned a large family outing Friday 10/20/23. We bought 9 tickets for the haunted forrest and was told the wait would be an hour. After 3+ plus hours of waiting in line and still not reaching the entrance, we complained to staff, only to be told by unprofessional staff to "talk to God" about our complaint. We were assured this would be addressed with that staff, we were offered t-shirts and to be rushed to front of the line; however, due to work obligations opted for a full refund. As of today, Sunday 10/22/23, no money has been refunded. I sincerely hope Brandon Nigel, Cole and Steven make this right. This is no way to manage a business and build forever customers. I strongly recommend waiting until you are about enter the walk before purchasing tickets or save your money. Update: 10/24/23: I have received my refund. Glad they made this right. Hopefully, they will take into account our suggestions and make what could be a fun family...
ย ย ย Read moreI have attended Field of Screams for the past two years since they first opened, and it is a blast! They clearly have so much passion for what they are doing and are looking to constantly improve. Its easy for haunts to stick to what they know and just re run it year after year but clearly the people behind Field of Screams want to keep expanding and improving, which they definitely have in Season Two. The staff and creators are all incredibly kind and you can tell they care very much not just for the attraction but for the community as well. Above all of this, the haunt itself is scary!! They definitely learned from Season One, which still was pretty scary, and made it even more terrifying in season two!! I was shocked by how much improvement was made in effects, acting, the actors themselves, and much more! I will always sing praises and its worth following to see what more crazy ideas and concepts they come up with! Haunt season canโt...
ย ย ย Read more10/10! Highly recommend! My daughter, sister, nieces and myself attended last night. I'm a weenie and one of my nieces is a little younger and a bit scared of all the spooky folks. I hung back with her while the brave ones went through the clown maze and haunted forest. While they were away my niece and I walked around and slowly met some of the performers. By the end of the night every performer there had come up to meet my niece and even gave her an unscary tour of the clown house! Queezie, Bubbles & Lollipop, are the names that I caught but EVERY performer there was amazing!!! They helped her conquer her fears and now is roaring to go back with bravery! THANK YOU ALL!! (PS Ruby says HI, FRIENDS!!) My sister, daughter and the brave niece said that the haunted forest was plenty of scary and they too really enjoyed the experience! I think everyone should come out and see what this place is all about. You...
