I am very pleased that I chose this shop for AAA to tow my car to, when my car overheated late at night on a weekend. Early Monday morning I received a call and a quote to replace the failed, and other aging hoses on my 2009 Buick. I was fully prepared that this would take several days to get on the work schedule. Much to my surprise and appreciation, less than 24-hours later, I received a call telling me the car was ready fir pickup, and the total charge was under budget. I have been a DIY my own car repair guy since the early 70's, and it's great to find an honest shop. While I am not from the area, I could see me driving the 45 minutes for this kind of treatment... I almost don't want to give Lou a good review because that just means I will have to wait longer to get my car in! Still, there is a good reason for that, and it's because Lou cares about doing the job right. I never met a mechanic who reads as much as Lou does. He doesn't just know how to fix cars, he studies them. When I brought my last issue in, he had already read several articles about my specific vehicle and the issue it was having, and even found an extended warranty pertaining to the issue that I never even knew existed. Lou may not be able to get you in the same day you call, but if you can wait, he is worth the wait. Glad to have a mechanic I can trust to do...

Sorry I ever went to this guy. He wanted 389 for a water pump and though i never gave him permission to work on my car, he got angry and rioped out pump when i refused 2 pay 380 for a pump. Honest mechanics quoted me 200.00 and 205.00 for same. He called me and said he had to order pump which would not arrive until next day. I immediately called him tobnot order it and his vouce mail was full. I finally reached himnby phone and hecwas angry he could not rip me off for fast money. He had other cars there to work on and i had car towed to an hibest mechanic who found the pump and stuff ibn a box. He never told me he took out the pump and now costing me...
