Peterbrooke Chocolatier at SilverLeaf — Local services in Nocatee

Ordinarily I like Peter Brooke. My kids and I love the chocolate covered gummy bears. My wife likes chocolate covered strawberries. In this economy, it’s hard to spend money on sweets but over labor day weekend my wife wanted strawberries and went to this location. Granted she arrived 20 minutes before closing she was informed the store didn’t offer chocolate covered strawberries on the weekend, they were out of gummy bears and the clerk forgot to put the chocolate covered Oreos she purchased in the bag. Apparently he was giving that “I’m in a rush” vibe to my wife and daughter as well.

I understand an employee wanting to go home, but to treat a customer as if they are imposing by coming to spend money in your store is bad business. Sadly we will make this our last visit to this Location.

Super service above and beyond. Our family was leaving a restaurant next door and decided to look around the shopping Plaza. It was already after 8 pm, so the store was already closed,and lights off, but we were just peeking inside, and the woman was still inside . She comes to the door and invites all of us inside to browse around. She put all the lights back on, and my 5 year old nephew asked for ice cream, which was already put away. She insisted on letting him order, which was so kind of her, and he had ice cream. And we purchased some chocolates. We were all so impressed by the excellent customer service that we all vowed to return on a regular basis, lol. Also the chocolates, and Ice cream...

Wow, and I mean wow. So glad my wife and I stopped by because Peterbrooke chocolate is something special. The owners and staff at SilverLeaf were very kind and quite knowledgeable.

We even took somethings to eat at home and I'll just say they didn't quite last as long as we hoped. Seriously, if you are wanting a chocolate/dessert experience like no other, you HAVE to stop by the SilverLeaf location.
