The Lab Barbershop — Local services in Norco

I have gotten my hair cut here for over a year and everytime service has been top notch. The barbers here are very easy going. Unfortunately one bad experience with Jennifer has caused me to put a two star review. While I understand we all make mistakes and I did not catch that my hair was cut wrong when I was there, when I called to ask to come in get it corrected I get the run around. First time Jennifer said okay sure come in on Tuesday and she will correct. Then I get a text from her saying she is sick and ask me if I can come Thursday so I said okay at what time. That was when all the text after went unanswered. After a few text were still not responded to I got the point Jennifer did not want to fix my hair.

I really wish she would have been upfront and tell me it will cost money or that she will make it right next time when she cuts my hair or something. A good customer experience would have been to offer some type of alternative such as discount next time. At least say something to satisfy a customer inquiry. First time at the shop was greeted by Kevin Martinez as soon as I walked in the door. He made me feel welcomed and was friendly to the point where I felt like I knew him for years. He's well rounded when it comes to his knowledge and experience in cutting hair. Not only that but hes great with beards too. I don't normally write reviews but he did mentioned it was his fourth day there. I couldn't tell he seems like a great addition to a shop that could use the knowledge and experience he has to offer! The shop had a chill and unique vibe but Kevin really had me sold on returning to the establishment. If you go here for a cutt ask for Kevin Martinez. He will do the job how you want and will strive to make the style and yourself better than you...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gio’s been cutting me up for years now and he never misses. 💈 Always keeps me looking fresh every single time. Not only is he a solid barber, but a real good friend too. Customer service is on point he takes care of everybody that sits in his chair and always makes sure you leave looking right.

His fades and blends are clean, sharp, and consistent. No matter how busy I get, he always works around my schedule and finds a way to fit me in. You can tell he really loves what he does and takes pride in being a barber.
