My husband utilized this business for his new small business he has been working to get off the ground for 3 years. We hired blackout electric through my initial recommendation being that they were veteran owned and wanted to give support. No only did they leave huge holes in all of the walls of my husbands business without repair, they left all the trash they utilized in a huge pile on our brand new carpets, complete with have eaten food and drinks spilling out and dirty diapers with feces on our new carpets, forcing us to pay for new carpeting and hole repair outside of our initial budget. They are now attempting to destroy the reputation of my husbands new business before we have even begun because they refuse to be professional and mitigate these issues correctly. I dont believe they do shoddy electrical instillation; they simply have extremely poor professionalism, lack of care and very low quality. Will no longer recommend...

I have used Blackout on two occasions (in as many weeks) and they have earned their spot as my first call for any future needs. My initial calls to other local companies were met with quotes of "next week" or longer (not the response you want to hear when you have an electrical issue). Blackout acknowledged the fact that an electrical problem is a matter that needs immediate consideration and was able to have someone at my door at a scheduled time (not a window of time) that same day (within a matter of hours).
