Ashley Furniture Warehouse — Local services in Normal

I've had the worst customer service experience with Ashley Furniture. I ordered bed rails more than 4 months ago and after numerous follow up calls and visits to the store, I'm just now getting my order. I was promised a $50 gift card 2 months ago for the inconvenience only to have that promise broken by the manager. I was promised the item would be delivered to my door but today I was directed to pick it up at the warehouse. I made an appointment to pick my item up at 4pm but when I got there they had no knowledge of my appointment. It took almost an hour for them to straighten things out. When I asked for a refund, they told me I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee! Outrageous. I would never step foot into another Ashley Furniture Home...
