Bought a sectional from this company, was also cut a great deal on a huge rug. So let me start by saying the staff was very friendly and super helpful in finding what we were looking for. We love our sectional but the problem comes in at the rug and parts of the sectional. We were told both were used of course but professionally cleaned. Unfortunately this was not entirely true, the couch still had some stains that were noticeable in the sun and then we started noticing a smell of pee. We assumed it was just our new house and maybe some smells trapped in the couch. But then it continued whenever it would rain or get humid in the house the smell was very unpleasant. Come to find out the rug was disgusting, we thought it was a off white farm style, nope it was so much pee from whoever owned it last. We have shampooed it countless times and each time it gets whiter and whiter. We then pulled it out from under our sectional and the defined lines from where we did not shampoo and where we did was very obvious that this rug was beyond fixing. So just wanted to warn anyone who thought about purchasing a big rug from this company. Not trying to be rude but when you pay that much expectations...
