Extra Space Storage — Local services in North Andover

This Extra Space Storage place is very helpful. Kevin helped my husband and I. We went Saturday morning asked him that we needed to upgrade our storage unit to a bigger one. He was so helpful and took us in a tour on which storage units were avaliable to rent and which were maybe the sizes that we wanted to upgrade to. He gave us the prices and what we needed to do to upgrade right then and there. It was that simple and easy we upgraded it that day and even moved out of our old unit to the new one! Updated: We upgraded our unit once more and Kevin helped us through the process once more. The system was down at the time of the transfer so he had to fill the agreement on paper. He had patience and was willingly to get us moving to the storage unit we needed. My husband and I needed to move that day so he did what was needed and we got to move our items that same day. While there moving from one unit to another the system came back! He found us and we went to do the agreement once more! It was quick and easy! Thank you! Kevin always has the best...

Lets start with VERY clean, VERY friendly, but that is all I got, I will give one star for each of the good things this company has. I think it is wrong that they pretty much go up in price every 3-4 months and claim its "Market Price" but they are offering it cheaper online to hook you. I also think it is VERY WRONG that if you move out of a unit 11 days into the month after notifying them 2 weeks prior that you do not get a parcel refund of your monthly payment. Then when I called and spoke to my location the response I got was " If you notified us before your monthly payment then he maybe could have done something" I did notify through the APP that you recommend us use. "Yeah I see that , but nothing I can do sorry". So no I probably would not recommend to anyone. I utilize extra space storage for the first time in September while moving from the South Shore to the North Shore. Though, I only used them for a month, I had no issues. From the moment I walked in, Rob was beyond helpful. He did everything in his power to make sure he accommodated me and also help me save money. I had no worries after speaking with Rob. Not even the need to go check up on my things. I appreciate him for being so helpful. I did speak with a another employee towards the end of the month and there was some miscommunication regarding the account. I called in today and Rob happen to be in. Within a period of less than five minutes, Rob was able to close my account, send a confirmation and make sure there was no remaining balance because of the miscommunication.
