I have purchased thousands of dollars of high end wines from Jim and the team over at J&M Fine Wines and have NEVER been disappointed. The customer service is exceptional and the selection is something that you would normally only find in places list NYC or LA, but with much, much better prices. From a single bottle to give as a special to filling a 1000+ bottle wine cellar, J&M Wines will walk you through the process from start to finish. In a day and age of scammer and Big Box stores, its been very refreshing to have a small, family owned option to turn to. The fact that Jim will has ordered specific wines for me that they do not regularly stock is a HUGE bonus. Many wine outlets will not do this for customers at all and if they do they charge you a premium on top of the regular price. But not at J&M Fine Wines. Jim has been more than accommodating to me with all of my wine needs. And all of this is coming from a guy that has his own wine store!!!! Simply put, J&M can't be beat when it comes to fine wines. ...

How would you feel if you buy a $4K order and a few days after you change your mind and ask them not to ship (cancel) and they delay the refund by asking you to wait until they sell the product to somebody else?

This happened to me after years of ordering from them. Just for the record, I have spent over $35k just in the last 2 years. I ordered 18 bottles of the same wine after having previously ordered over 20 bottles of the same wine, I got sick of the wine so I wanted to get something different, even a credit towards my next order would have been fine with me. James Xenakis aka Jim, asked me to wait for the refund long enough that a credit card claim was not possible, then he changed his position and said that “a refund was not an option”.

Very dishonest people, I would be very concerned about ordering from this untruthful company, after all there are too many great and reliable wine...

I went in to buy drinks this morning and the cashier yelled at me when I pointed out that there was a sale on one of the items.
