Very poor experience with NPN. Hosting a dinner party with a guest who is a vegan, however I want her to enjoy the same fine dining as the other guests. I ordered vegan lobster and steak at 10AM on Thursday, and paid for 2 day expedited delivery at an extremely high price. 2 days from Thursday is Saturday, right?
No communication from them on the order status until I reached out and learned that they weren't going to SHIP until AFTER the dinner party occurred. The customer service department hid behind "terms and conditions." There was nothing at the point of order, that stated to receive on a certain date, it needed to be ordered by X date.
The reality is they could have attempted to correct the situation by paying for 1 day shipping but they made ZERO effort to do anything.
Maybe their products are great but their customer services...

I placed an order November 9th and a few hours later wanted to cancel it and wait until closer to the holiday. I emailed several times, with no response, asking them to cancel and not process payment. I finally got a response Sunday evening that the order was cancelled, however it's Tuesday afternoon and still my $150 payment has not been processed for refund. The only response I received is that they would submit it sometime within "5-7 business days."
Cancelling/refunding back to a debit card does not take that long. I'm opening a dispute with my bank and will avoid this company as their lack of customer service...

When delivered the food was very warm, 70 degrees and mushy. Afterward I found a blurb - do not be alarmed if your products are in a state of thawing....there are no animal-based ingredients that pose a health risk of going bad by being exposed to some heat.
