Two of my favorite things in life are travel and coffee. And in the past when they were combined - eg enjoying a large cup of cappuccino in a cliff-side cafe overlooking the Adriatic - it was magical. But 1 year ago I had my first cup of Carpe Diem coffee (Sunrise Blend) and it changed my perspective. Over the past 2 weeks I was traveling in Europe for the first time in a long time. This brand of coffee is served in many of my favorite coffee places and restaurants in Maine. Every visit to Maine I buy a few bags to bring home. One word of caution. If you are used to the corporate coffee shops that over roast the beans and you need to add tons of sugar or milk, try it without anything and slowly add what you need.
