We had a wonderful field trip to the Contentnea Creek location. The kids loved the planetarium, the hike, a game about the food chain, and especially the kayaking! Everyone on staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all the kids' questions patiently. I would recommend this place to anyone and we will definitely come back! We were told that the Contentnea Creek location is now open for hiking every day from sunup to sundown!

This is a great museum with a few different displays, a planetarium, and a telescope. It's small, but they offer activities and events. Everything is child friendly. This museum has an updated playground with a mud kitchen. It also has clearly marked trails that, for the most part, are cleaned. You can spot wildlife and enjoy the nature sounds. The trails wrap around the pond and there are lots of great views.

A great location for a school field trip!! Kayaking, nature scavenger hunt, team building activities, planetarium show, priced affordably and so close!! The picnic area is perfect. Our trip included a very knowledgeable guide and 2 assistants. As a teacher, I highly recommend!

Today was our 2nd visit and still impressed! We visited ATFS "Tale of Tailssssss" and let me tell you, kids AND parents had a frickin BLAST! Donna was awesome and her snakes were soooo cool! Kudos to Donna and ATFS for how interactive she allowed kids and babies and parents to be with her snakes! Never in my life have I seen a snake owner/zoo keeper, etc be so relaxed and truly enthusiastic about their reptilian friends. I think I can speak for my 6 year old and say she'll remember this experience for the rest of her life! I sure will... Thanks for an amazing...
