I just had my wedding here and it was absolutely beautiful! We paid for the full package, which was VERY EXPENSIVE and not as "all inclusive" as it seems, but I wanted the outside barn wedding and the amazing pictures that accompanied it so we chose to have our wedding here. The manager was extremely moody with us throughout the process, but the coordinator made up for it because she was absolutely wonderful. Communication was ok and we got fast responses, but we received no copies of paperwork or information until my husband went back after the wedding and asked for it due to having questions about the weather on our Big Day. Unfortunately, it poured on our wedding day and our "dream barn wedding" was moved into the reception area; which was beautiful, but NOT WHAT WE PAID FOR and all the fees for the use of the barn and set up had already been paid in full (there is no disclosure in the contract that states no refund will be issued due to "Acts of God"). When my husband brought this to the managers attention she was extremely rude and asked if we were happy with our wedding, he told her yes it was beautiful but we paid for the barn wedding we wanted not an indoor building. Needless to say, she stated that we would not be refunded any amount of money even though we did not use any portion of the outdoor venue (everything was an additional cost) and it was not even set up, and we could take her to court if we chose. Beautiful venue, but peoples attitudes make all the difference...

I got married here September 2016 and it was AMAZING! They are awesome people to work with! ! They did everything that I could have wanted and more. They knew what to do down to every little detail. I brought my own napkins and plastic dinner wear and they even wrapped all the dinner wear in the napkins! I was doing a paint unity ceremony and they went out of their way to make sure I had the right containers for the paint. This is a venue that you have to pay for (which I don't understand why people expect stuff to be free anyways) BUT I promise every dime will be worth it. Everything is included from chairs to tablecloths to decorations at no extra cost. You can choose how you want everything set up and where, all at no extra cost! AWESOME! You won't stress about the wedding because they will handle everything (but food) and when someone ask you do you need help with anything the answer will be no because the wonderful people at Equine will have it covered. My family and I stayed at the cabins this past weekend 8/7/21-8/8/21. Not only were the cabins amazing. We were provided with a grill and fire pit. We had 2 cabins next to each other. The cabins were perfect for my family. We went fishing and kayak and paddle boating. Even though we got rained out Saturday we had a blast just enjoying each other. I recommend Hines farm hands down. The park attendants are totally awesome, very caring and attentive. The best part for me was stepping off the grid for a little bit. I feel my family has drawn closer together.
