Bring the Baby was my first in-person fitness class since the beginning of COVID. I was intimidated and a little self conscious of my fitness level after having 2 kids, but the fact that I was able to take my kids with me was what made me go for it. I'm so glad I did! It's such a welcoming, inclusive, safe space. My kids looked forward to going AND participated in the exercises which was so awesome to see. I'm so glad BTB is part of the community. As mothers, it is so important to have this space - where we can focus on ourselves without the hassle of finding childcare.

Being part of Bring the Baby Fitness has been so amazing! As a new mom it has been hard to find time to workout or socialize without feeling guilty. But BTB has helped me meet other moms, work on my fitness, and bond/socialize with my little man. My 7 month old son loves coming to class and playing with his new friends and getting his own wiggles out also. It fills my heart knowing we are helping build a “village” of moms and realizing nobody is on this journey alone!

Being part of Bring the Baby Fitness has been so amazing! As a new mom it has been hard to find time to workout or socialize without feeling guilty. Bring the Baby Fitness is such a gift to the new parent community. As a mom of a young child and a postpartum doula, I know how important it is to feel connected to others during the postpartum season, and Bring the Baby creates such a welcoming space for that connection to happen. Whether it’s through fitness classes, stroller walks, yoga, or simply being together in community, I love how thoughtful and varied the offerings are.

I recently joined one of the outdoor yoga sessions and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect blend of movement, fresh air, and connection with other parents.

Jess, the owner of Bring the Baby Fitness, and all of the coaches are truly some of the kindest and most encouraging people I’ve met. They understand that moving your body after having a baby isn’t really about results, it’s about showing up, and giving yourself credit for just being there. That kind of understanding and care makes such a difference.

After my second baby was born, I wanted to find a supportive community of moms and a way to be active again. I searched for gyms around Seattle that had childcare or a place where I could involve my baby in the workouts, but kept coming up short. I finally had found Bring the Baby, and it was exactly what I had been looking for. It was group of moms who understood, a way to ease back into movement, and something I genuinely looked forward to doing with my baby each week! The workouts are fun (and are really GOOD workouts) and the space is safe for my baby at all stages (we started going when he was about 5 months and he is now 18 months). I am so thankful to have found Bring the baby fitness. It is the highlight of my week. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I felt so comfortable from my very first class with how friendly everyone was. I love that I’m able to connect with other moms while getting a great workout in. There are so many modifications available to make each workout postpartum friendly and doable for all fitness levels.
