Bring the Baby Fitness is such a gift to the new parent community. As a mom of a young child and a postpartum doula, I know how important it is to feel connected to others during the postpartum season, and Bring the Baby creates such a welcoming space for that connection to happen. Whether it’s through fitness classes, stroller walks, yoga, or simply being together in community, I love how thoughtful and varied the offerings are.
