Very disappointed. We spend lots of money in that place, but one of our trees did not make it. We did all they told us to do. Called them and was told by pretty rude young man, before he hang up on me, to buy similar one for 1/2 price. What happened to a warranties? It only applies if you let them plant it, for extra price. Great selection of everything you need! Prices seemed high but after comparing other establishments, I feel like it’s reasonably priced. I frequently shop here and this is also my grandfathers first stop. Staff has always been friendly but very busy during the summer. My husband took me here for a date. I’m new to being a plant mom and we had so much fun looking through all the variety and making a list of future plants to get. Everything was beautiful and well cared for. The staff were friendly and super helpful. They answered any questions we had happily and didn’t make us feel dumb for not knowing what we’re doing.
