Wayfair hires independent contracted delivery drivers who do not seem to care much about the customer. After being rescheduled for delivery the delivery driver decided to arrive two hours early for my delivery, then ignored my calls and text. Contacted Wayfair was told someone would call back now I’m waiting. Terrible customer service seriously considering canceling my order.

Got a cat tree, two seats for my patio, & a storage cabinet. For the cat tree not everything was there to set it up. The storage cabinet it looks like everything is there, but the directions are very off course. Not correct at all. I see it's a place to get cheaper stuff, but I'll stay with Walmart or other cheap places. The only good two were the two seats for the patio.

Worst experience ever... bought a hot tub delivery was 4 to 5 weeks at 7 weeks finally had delivery set and they didn't show up. The whole time I was told they would deliver to where I needed it delivered and then after I placed my order they switched up and said they would try to accommodate. Literally needs to be moved 60 feet from the side of the house... do not waste you time energy or money on this site. I will never purchase or recommend wayfair to anyone it's just a joke use someone else literally anyone else. They will pass thr buck to...

Wayfair told us that they would be delivering our couch today. We sold our previous couch, took off work, cleared out space, and reserved a spot for the delivery driver. We were told that the driver couldn’t make it down our road which is simply not true. The road was open and there have been multiple delivery companies up and down it all day. We are now being told that we won’t have a new date until 48-72 hours from now. It’s completely unacceptable and...

Worst service ever. I called AND WAS CHARGED for updating my address. They did not update the address on my order and when I called they said they coud not do anything about until after it was deleivered to the wrong address and not until 72 hours after. I called fedex and was told that they could indeed update the address as they were the shipper on file. After I emailed the manager this in plenty of time... NO RESPONSE DO NOT BUY FROM...
