Zero stars. I do not understand why this guy is still in business or why he decided to run a business that caters to children in the first place. The owner is aggressively rude. I brought a cooler of Gatorade for my son's birthday party on a hot summer day. As I was getting the cooler out of the car, I was told that it was not allowed so I asked why not? He told me that "no drinks are allowed" so I double checked their website and the party contract and it does not state this. I asked him where this rule is stated. He argued that "it's written ALL OVER the website". When I pointed out that it is actually not written ALL OVER the website, he became nasty and disrespectful. Bringing in Gatorade would not/does not lessen the amount of money I already paid for the food and drinks that were included in the party package. Bringing in Gatorade did not take away from his profits. When I tried to take pictures of my son and his friends playing laser tag (see photo criminal evidence attached), I was told that I was not allowed "past the sign". I was approx 10 feet past the sign, just trying to see a little better and as I was walking back, the owner came charging at me yelling that I couldn't go in there, "THE SIGN SAYS DO NOT GO BEYOND THIS POINT!" I said "ok, I was just trying to see if I could see more past these trees." I had literally walked 10 feet past the sign onto the FIFTEEN ACRES of the property. I wish I had known ahead of time that I would be unable to monitor or at least be ALLOWED to see the group of 15 boys (aged 11-13) that I was currently responsible for. Lastly, my son and his friends had a lousy time because they were set up to play against another party full of large high school kids. The other group CREAMED my son's group. The other boys were so much bigger and better that my son and his friends had no chance, and could barely play because they were always hit. A seasoned "professional" who has owned this business for 15 years should have been aware of this possible issue. It would have been simple to split each team in half so it would have been fair and more fun for all. Not worth the money for all the drama and disappointment! Especially with so many other competitors in the area. DO NOT give this man your money.

Awesome Place & Event - Disorganized Operation & Staff

Yesterday, we hosted our annual department kickoff at Fireball Mountain with 25 people that we had been planning for months. The event itself was very fun and a big hit among our team.

The biggest issue we had was with the online website fireball mountain uses for the waivers pretty much ruined the entire event for us. As a global company in the food and beverage industry, this is our once a year 3 hour technical service meeting with our engineers coming from all over North America. Instead of having our meeting, we were forced to spend over an hour submitting and resubmitting the online waivers due to issues with the website. I personally submitted my own 10+ times, while the staff of fireball mountain continued to blame us, saying we were not doing it correctly. After an hour, I told the staff that we needed to find another way to do this, they agreed, but did not have a printer on site and would not agree to doing it on paper. The owner assured us everything was fine and the waivers were now ok. Then, when we left the meeting and went to fireball mountain, it started ALL OVER AGAIN. Another hour was wasted with the waivers, making my team submit over and over and over again. What a joke. Lisa and Robert were somewhat rude about it which left me completely shocked. A more professional staff would have profusely apologized at that point for having such an awful online portal for the waivers, given us printed forms and stopped wasting hours of our time while being rude to my colleagues the one day of the year where we all meet up from around the world.

All though this event was planned for months, the staff at fireball mountain did not communicate well together, with nearly constant bickering and passive aggressive infighting with each other over the radios and in person. When we arrived at the site, the staff also did not appear to be ready for us, and asked if we wanted jumpsuits, even though this was all planned way in advance with numerous phone calls between Lisa and myself.

That being said, the laser tag itself and the setup of the games by Robert and the guys was AWESOME. Its sad that factor had to be overshadowed by the issues described above. Had the staff been more organized, flexible, and pleasant with us and with each other, this would be a 5 star...

This is the place for any kid who has dreams of living out call of duty or any of the plethora of video games they play today. First, based on some of the reviews you see, know that Cousins is now the new owner of this establishment. They fully support the great idea of having an outdoor laser tag in the woods. We just had my son's 12th birthday here yesterday. Our kids were off from school for a teacher in-service day. We had 18 boys between 11 -13, and every one of them went home to talk about the time of their lives they had playing at the 3 fantastic courses/sites with the staff. The kids got to play 7 games. The first two were in the wooded lot you see in the pictures with barriers to hide behind, trees to hide under, bunkers made of piled-up branches, and anything else you can think of. The second two expanded to playing capture the flag and included a fort that each team fought over to take! The final games were played in their city course, which is what you see with old shipping containers, barriers with tires, etc, to hide behind. Each team had a young guide/referee/staffer who helped with reloading, timing the games, and ensuring the boys tried to stay within the game's rules. They were fantastic! The person running the place for Cousins was absolutely organized, kept the highly energized group of boys focused when getting ready for the games, continuously monitored the games, and was in constant communication with the guides. My husband and I were allowed to walk the courses and see the kids as they were playing the games. Again, this is under new management, and the previous team that is there running it had no issues with us watching the boys play.

For 90 straight minutes, these boys enjoyed every moment and game and did not want to leave to eat. This outdoor laser tag experience is worth it if you want an excellent experience for a party or large group...
