Our meat had so much fat in it we couldn't even eat thr hamburger. They take their meat to be processed in locker plant in Monon. The owner Josh was very nasty to me and wouldn't return my calls and neither would Mitzners. I wouldn't suggest buying their meat they weren't any help in resolving their bad meat I'm not sure how they have a 5 star rating tge locker plant in...

Best beef by far! Look for them at the farmer's markets or call and schedule your meat pick up or delivery. Their ground beef makes the best chili hands down. Steaks, chuck roast, burger patties... you name it. But don't just take my word for it...try it! Stop eating that beef at Walmart and shop local. I'm hooked they are on our every 6-week schedule...
