Absolutly terrible quality, will never order from this or the fun.com site again!! (they are the same company please beware) We ordered our costumes on 15/9/2024 they arrived on 5/10/2024 absolutly terrible quality the Blinder badboy costume was a thin piece of material with a waistcoat and tie stitched to the front, it has velcro tape to fasten at the back, chest piece only back is totally open!! very poorly made. The womens classic flapper costume has a patterned front but plain back and when it arrived some of the sequins were loose in the bag where they had fallen off. To be honest we would rather wear a bin liner to the party than either of these two costumes, spent well in excess of $100 and total garbage. To make matters worse we have returned the items and found out that even though the website is a .com.au the company ships from a warehouse in the United States and all returns have to be sent back to them. Our return cost was $41 and they then add an 18% re stocking fee. This company is a total rip off I feel like I have been scammed, please order from local stockists so you dont have to go through this same ordeal.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate you waiving the restocking fee, however I still feel the fact that the website shows .com.au & you pay in Australian dollars would suggest that the business is based in Australia and because of that you would expect to return any faulty or not suitable costumes to an australian address and not to have to pay over the odds to post to the United States as...
Read moreI have tried several times to email & contact this company to no avail. No one answer you but they take your money. I wanted to let them know I didn't receive an item in my last order. No one answers their emails at all. I've tried contacting them on all the listed contacts... to no avail for the last few weeks now. Maybe someone will get back to me by writing on here. My last order number 30507530 which I placed on 21/10/2025 one of the items is missing it never arrived. I'm missing he -" Half Angel / Half Devil wings & halo kit !!!. It never arrived !!!. When my parcel did arrive on my door step the flimsy box was open & I could clearly see inside the opened box. The only thing holding the box together at one end of it was one piece of sticky tape. I cut the 1 piece of tape off the box ...the box just fell apart & collaped & fell flat on the floor....like a flat pack. The cardboard box was so flimsy, soft & damaged. And now I've lost one of my items that must have falled out. My Pet Cemetery sign arrived...& luckily the bat scarf was underneath the Pet Cemetery sign or I would have lost that one too !!!. Just letting you know as I didnt receive that item which I wanted for for Halloween night here in Australia !!! I've always bought from you & never had a problem before. All I want is for you to send me my item in a secure solid box that is taped up securely to withstand international postage. I have purchased 10 different costumes from this company, and I must say, the products are of excellent quality. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are impressive. The company offers a vast selection of costumes, ensuring there’s something for everyone’s taste.
However, I am giving a 4/5 rating due to my experience with their customer service. While the staff is genuinely helpful, it’s evident that they are not adequately staffed, especially during peak seasons. When there was an error in one of my orders, it took a significant amount of time to get assistance.
In my second order, which consisted of 8 costumes, there was a mix-up, and the order was canceled by their staff in error. I had to go through the hassle of logging in and reordering everything. Despite contacting customer service, one costume was still missing from the order box. My attempts to seek help via phone calls and emails have met with challenges, including being told I called outside business hours - at 1:00 PM?
On a positive note, my third order, which included one costume, arrived without any issues. I’ve recently placed a fourth order, hoping for a smoother experience this time.
