I placed a small personal (not team related ) order after asking specifically if this is something they would do. Employee did not write down placement of the decal even tho I was very specific while placing the order over the phone. Things moved faster than expected and I was so excited to pick up my order. Three tshirts for my son as a Christmas gift. I picked them up and the placement was all wrong. When I asked about it she said there were no notes so she just picked a spot . I couldn’t even believe what I heard. I told her no this is not what we discussed. So I asked if I could order two more and sure enough I could, with the tiniest discount. A couple weeks later the new shirts come and another employee grabs my order, tosses it on the counter and while I check to make sure they are correct, she walks away from me. I don’t even know what to say...
