As a photographer myself, capturing special moments and milestones is so important to me. I'm almost never the one in front of the camera and while preparing for my birthday trip down to Miami, I searched for a way to make it happen. That's how I discovered Snappr!! I've never heard of anything like this, and I was a little hesitant at first because it seemed too easy to book a shoot so close in the near future. My advice to you: take the risk and do it. Book that flight, book that photo session and worry about the rest later. CELEBRATE YOURSELF!!! I received a few photographer recommendations based on my date/time/theme preferences and I chose Natalia. She did not disappoint. She's such a lovely woman and is a pleasure to work with. She immediately reaches out and stays in touch with you until the moment you meet her, and instantly graces you with her soft and friendly vibes. She gets right to work and does not waste time (which is huge for me!) She knew the area, knows the lighting, and as soon as I saw her laying on the ground taking shots from the grass I KNEW I picked one that knew what she was doing. While I knew all about the right angles and helpful photography techniques, I wasn't sure if she did as well. That reassured me that I made a wonderful decision. She reviews the photos with you between each location and doesn't let you leave without satisfaction. I felt so confident and happy throughout this experience and it means so much to me that Natalia made it so enjoyable. I booked 3 shoots to document my 40th birthday in Miami since I never remember to take photos. The photoshoot that did happen were AMAZING!!!! So happy that I invested in a professional photographer to document an epic birthday with my best friends. However, the photographer for my actual birthday dinner where we were all dressed up, cancelled 4 hours before my shoot because he was feeling sick. Understandable. However, NO ONE from Snappr reached out to me via phone to update me. No one showed up for my big birthday photoshoot to document me and all of my friends dressed up for a night on the town. And even worse, not a single person has reached back out to me in over a week to reschedule or give me my money back for the shoot that THEY cancelled on me. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of customer service when this was not my fault for the cancellation. It is ridiculous that there is no contact phone number and the customer service bots keeps saying someone will call but they never have. This issue has ruined my entire experience with the company and if they don’t respond to me ASAP regarding refunding or rescheduling my birthday photoshoot then I highly suggest to never work with this company. Clicked on one star as there is no star. It was a great pain as we missed important shoot today. They call you until they loot money. Requesting officials to look into this company's activities.
