Giving a 1 star review because cupis deleted my explanation on the one star review on Facebook and made it where I cannot like or comment on anything on their Facebook, back in 2013, I had a bike that the brake light would stay on all the time. I contacted cupis through Facebook and talked to the owner and he said to take it to the service department, it would be a quick fix and they wouldn't charge me anything because of how fast the fix would be. Took it the next day to cupis and the only mechanic they had came out to me with attitude like I was bothering him, I explained my conversation that I had with the owner and he acted like he didn't believe, without looking at the bike he told me he would have to keep it over night and it would cost at least $50 to look at it and possibly fix it. Needless to say I left and fixed it myself. Whoever manages your Facebook made this review happen on Google. It could have stayed on Facebook but since you want to play games and delete my description of my review and make it where I can't comment on the page then so be it, here you go! My job allows me to talk to thousands and thousands of people and I always recommend going somewhere else than Cupis. Good luck deleting this one

Read moreLast year my wife and I bought two new bikes from Cupis. The experience was great. Then I bought new seats for mine and again it went great. Well my neighbor backed into my bike so my first thought was take it where I bought it and where I have had good service in the past. Well this experience has been a nightmare. From getting them to even take the time to look at the bike to them losing the insurance info and them waiting for me to call them to ask where we are for them to then tell me they don't have the insurance info. And whenever I call to see where my bike is at I always get well so and so is taking care of it and they are off today. So if you want to buy a bike great place. But as of right now I don't recommend taking one there for servicissues.
Update. After writing this review Cupis called and apologized for any inconveniences. They then also rushed to get me my bike back. It looks and rides great again. They did outstanding work on the bike. Again as far as the customer service goes it did lack but the work they did turned out great. I will try them again if I have issues again but I do hope the customer service is better next time. And next time I wanna BUY a Honda I will for sure...
Read moreI ordered a part for a 2005 raptor 660. I was told it would be in the following week on Wednesday. I followed up on that Wednesday and still no part and they said it was a shipping issue. I called Saturday, only to be told it would be in Tuesday. Well today is Tuesday and no call. Instead they called other people to come pick up a part that was already paid for. The only reason i knew it was there was because one of the people contacted was my nephew. Then I'm informed it was "found" in the back, who knows how long it had been there and no call. I verified they had the correct phone number when I placed the order and paid upfront. So when I called today to confirm my part was there, and not given out to the wrong person, I was instructed that these things happen sometimes. Oh ok, you are right....they do happen to understand professional dealships who aren't doing their jobs correctly. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. Go to world of powersports. They seem to know what they are actually doing unlike these clowns 🤡 🙄 I won't be...
