I signed up for syc & it's a horrible mistake as I only take maintenance meds & they keep me alive. I'm a keep it simple & only what I need & several months supply of each & stage 3 hypertension managed by two simple things. They make me wait days without medication still to sync. Again I say forget sync, this is an emergency. I get condescending OKAY after everything I say & when I need a YES or NO, please...did you undo the sync? OKAY! So, did you? OKAY! Can I get my medication? OKAY? It's an emergency & I'm having trouble talking. OKAY! Nothing's changed & I'll get it when I get the message on my phone. THIS IS NOT OKAY PAM! I called Sunday for the due prescriptions. I was told they'd be ready on Sunday a a refill request would be placed for the one due today. I can wait on that last one I wasn't out of but the three I am out of these days later is detrimental & I shouldn't have to wait on my life sustaining meds nor a straight answer. Just assured from the AM I'll wait all day. What's the matter with you? Meanwhile I'm in survival mode & nobody should have to incurr undue costs by way of an ambulance & ER or the genuine fretting let alone the suffering induced & especially not time & again. Every 3 months & the suffering if survival costs dear for time to come. How does this keep happening? I waited 3 days looking for a text Sunday's is ready. I'm still alive & called this morning & even asked after assured it'll be today, can we expedite the most important one? Told in the afternoon. I ask if we're waiting on a shipment. No answer just the afternoon. I ask can you tell me maybe the hour. In the afternoon. Back to you did make sure I'm off the sync. OKAY in the Karen way. I can't be...
Read moreDon't bothering getting your compression socks here. They will mess up your order. Got a prescription for 3 pairs of compression socks. Took it to Drug Mart and told the girl I wanted calf, black and toeless ones. I get the order on March 17th. On April 2nd I open the brown bag they came in. Thigh high and black. So I called and was told they would make things right. They made an appointment for me. I show up was told that they can only exchange them for more thigh highs. I was also told that she talked to the girl who ordered them and she told her yes she ordered the calf, black, toeless. The warehouse screwed up and sent the wrong ones. So I was screwed over by their mistake. I asked why can't I exchange them because it was their mistake. Was told that since they were already paid by the insurance they couldn't. Even though the thigh highs are more expensive they still wouldn't exchange them. So their mess up they refused to fix it. Than she turned around and told me I could buy them for $49.95 a pair. So now I'm out of my socks for this year. My insurance only allows 3 pairs a year. So go any where else but here for medical needs. They won't and down right refuse to correct THEIR mistake.
UPDATE: They want you to leave a detailed voice message when you call customer service and will get to you at their earliest convenience. Just to have you repeat what you already told them twice before. Not a way to run a business. Already moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy. I'm done with Discount Drug Mart. They screwed me over for...
Read moreIt's a good location but is disapointing for a newly constructed store. Drug Mart has always been one of my favorite stores to get practically anything so I had high expectations for this new store. I don't understand why Drug mart would pattern this new store like the old ones? This store should have been patterned like the Brunswick Hills store on RT.303. It's larger and there is a full meat department with meat cutters on staff. The meat quality there is excellent..That is a complete "go to" store. The N.Ridgeville store has very limited meat choices that were packaged somewhere else and brought in. The nearby Olmsted Falls store is very old but seems to have more to offer. I had higher expectations with...
