I've played there at least a dozen times, and the course is always in great shape. Courses like this one were there is heavy traffic from greens-fee play have a tendency to leave the fairways and especially the greens a little longer. I completely understand their reasoning it protects them from someone who drags their feet or, either by mistake or trying to find a shortcut, drives the golf cart in area's not meant for Carts or doesn't abide by the 90 degree rule. Every time I've played there, the greens were cut, meaning fast, probably a 10 or 11 on the (stemp meter) stemp meter is the tools and procedures that produce the #. The fairways also were cut very low. For fairly good golfers, low fairways are great. When the club face meets the ball, there is less grass that gets caught between the club and ball, which produces a much more solid shot and the correct spin. I paid $500 dollars a round at golf courses before they looked really pretty, but everything was high. Every time you hit a shot out of the fairway, you never knew how far the ball would fly (frustration)😖. Beautiful club house clean bathrooms and a nice size driving range. Parking is no problem. They have a giant pool...
Read moreVery disappointed to have paid $70 a person for this course. I’ve been to courses that cost much less for way more. Groundkeepers were constantly in our way or behind us and they didn’t stop their machinery. We even had one stop right beside of us and when we went to hit, took off. One or two holes is fine and we understand they’re doing their job but it’s common decency and professionalism that they lack at this course. Out of the 18 holes we played, we had machinery constantly in our ears for 14 of them. On the front nine, we had two groundkeepers riding side by side right in front of our balls and instead of pulling over, kept taking laps so we had to wait about 7 minutes to even hit in the middle of playing that hole. The greens, bunkers and cart paths were in no condition to charge $70 per person. I get there are waterway views from the course but it’s located at the beach, you can go see the waterway for free. Overall, super disappointed in this course and the money we paid.

Read moreI live close by and have been playing this course consistently for the last few years. Turf is in great shape and the greens are consistent. I’m glad to see some money being reinvested in the new bunkers, sprinkler systems and carts. Things that could take this course to the next level would be replacing the cart path or grinding up the old one and just using gravel or mulch. It would definitely extend the life of the new golf carts (as well as peoples backs). Also, offer booking through the Golf Now app. It would save the pro shop time by not having to answer as many phone calls and trying to fit in singles and two-somes (the current booking software only allows groups of 3 or 4) There is definitely revenue being left on the table by making it inconvenient to book smaller groups. All in all this course is great to play, but a few changes could make it...
