The owner Todd sold my sister a stove, he loaded the wrong stove. She had no way of knowing it until it was installed, she came home and knew right away that it was not the stove she bought. I was with her when she bought it, she sent me a picture and I knew it was not the right stove. The serial number was off by one number, we figured he just made a mistake and that he would take care of it. Oh no!! He was rude and defensive toward her, tried to convince her she had the right stove. It was so obvious that it was not the stove she bought. She had paid to have it installed and also had to borrow a truck to pick it up, she lives an hour away. He continued being very rude with a bad attitude toward her that she just decided she did not want anything more to do with him, just get her money refunded. He would not even offer to bring her the right stove and pick up the wrong one ( he knew it was the wrong stove). He did not offer anything but a hard time. I called the store back several times and they wouldn't return my calls. The oven was 75 degrees off temperature. They don't have a warranty so I spent hours calling Whirlpool trying to get satisfaction. The technician scheduled had to put a new sensor in. Also there was rust in the bottom of the oven.
