I have to admit, I feel a little guilty about the original review. I was emotional and upset, never mentioning that in the end, the turkey was delicious.

After reading the review, management reached out to me asking me to email them directly, which I did. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an email back with sincere apologies and an offer to make up for all the duress by issuing a gift card for a future turkey. My mom was thrilled, and we used the GC for our Christmas turkey.

This turkey was completely fresh throughout, not a bit of freeze on it anywhere. It was tender and flavorful, moist, and juicy to the point of perfection. Neither of us can ever buy a "store bought" turkey again. The very reasonable difference in price is absolutely worth it. My mom is spending Christmas in Florida this year. Guess what she'll be bringing with her? 🦃

Thanks again to Jaindle's for following through by making up for the issue and making it right. That's very unusual in this day and age. They now have clients for life.

Imagine the surprise we had this morning when attempting to take out the giblets. The turkey was frozen solid. I was told when purchasing that it was a little frozen in some spots and that the Cold Pack made it feel harder than it actually was. It made for a very stressful Thanksgiving morning as the turkey had to be ready for our family and friends at noon. Preordered a turkey breast online on 12/21/24. Website stated $10 deposit required. Paid that. Same day was charged for full amount for 3.6 lb breast. I questioned why they charged me full amount same day ordered when I picked up at store, cashier gave me attitude. She said when they pull the item, they charge card same day. I told her the website said they were charging ONLY a $10 deposit AND I wanted to choose the size. Gave the same attitude, and said I got the largest they had. SERIOUSLY!!!! What rudeness to customers - like she’s doing ME A FAVOR. Unfortunately, we needed two because of size. She told me some were in refrigerated section. Got one, she rang up as soon as I gave her a fifty dollar bill - and while I was getting the 26 cents (total was $34.26), and she didn’t know how to make change since she put in $50 instead of $50.26. I told her it’s just minus the whole dollar amount since I gave you the change.
