I usually love every fruits and veggies I get from Foppema. I honestly don't know what is going on with their crop this year. I recently bought a couple of pints of their own blueberries. Every single one that I had tried were so tart, that it was inedible. There were also tiny little white bugs that looks like maggots of some sort inside of some of them. I had to throw both pints out, which were not cheap $6/pint. I also purchased their own peaches. They were mushy and dry at the same time, yet again inedible. They have a very good variety of produce and premade products like fruit or meat pies, pickled/canned items and other things like cooking and baking utensils. The staff is friendly and the prices are quite reasonable. Sometimes farm stands are pricey, but the prices here are hardly more than a grocery store, and it's even more fresh! We just got pumpkins here and they are way cheaper than other farm stands or grocery stores. I highly recommend coming to Foppema's, especially in season while you can still get fresh produce and support...

I ate most of the vegetables that I bought last night on the 4th of July and I also had stuff from the store and oh boy what a difference! The organic stuff from the farm is just so much better. Not to mention the fact that EBT/SNAP Benefits cover up to $40 worth of groceries and food from these farmers stands and farmers markets. This place will keep me coming back for sure. I was so $iKED!
