Northbrook Sports Center — Local services in Northfield Township

Northbrook Sports Center gets 5 stars because of the Snack Zone. Most amenities are pretty lame at most arenas, but not here. I reccomend the Chorizo breakfast burritto with potatoes and cheese. Staff is friendly and innovative.

Update: back again at Northbrook most incredible sports Center. We were just enjoying a tornado warning and everybody mobbed the snack zone.

Tonight, Pancho was kicking some serious butt making burritos, breakfast sandwiches, omelettes fried mozzarella sticks, just rocking out everything possible on this expanded menu. Great park district pool and ice skating center in Northbrook. Pools are nice, but will be getting a needed update next year. Big zero depth area with water features for little kids which flows right into the big pool area with lanes, small slides and an open area for all. No diving boards until next year's redo. Nice ice rink. I know it sounds strange but it's cold, they do not have observer heaters. The people in the pro-shop arent always friendly and it is a bit expensive. The concession stand is hardly open they do have vending machines but the credit card option didnt work, make sure you have change they have a bit of an attitude if you try and get it from them.
