I've been a resident in Canyon Falls since 2017, there is so much to love about this community! We walk our pups daily thru the nature trails and also enjoy riding our bikes on the dirt trail ,when they're dry. The community has a FB group for just about every hobby or group you can think of...Bunco and Book Club, of course, but also Road biking, a Motorcycle group, Veterans groups, Ladies Wine Club, and an Empty Nesters group. The list is long! Our neighborhood FB group is Canyon Falls Residents...check it out once you move in. If you'd like more details about the community from someone who lives here, please give me a call- I'm also a Realtor. Hope to see you around...

They got our house done in just over 4 months in the midst of material shortages across the country, and communicated effectively every step of the way so that we could plan accordingly. I highly recommend Perry to anyone vetting out multiple builders for their home in Canyon...
