I have purchased from this store for years now with OK service. Today, my wife made a special 25 minute trip because they said they could match Cabot stain because they are a Cabot dealer. She had just come from Aubachon Hardware in Lancaster, where the service was excellent, but they are no longer a Cabot dealer. Not only did my wife receive very poor customer service, but they also could not match the color because of some equipment problem. On top of it all, after my wife called me saying she was not getting the help she needed, I called the store and spoke with another younger guy who said he would help out. My wife called me back and I could hear the young guy being argumentative and when I called the store back, management gave the phone to him and he argued with me also, rather than shutting up and apoligizing. And no management intervention calling him out for his poor customer service. My wife and I have owned very successful customer service businesses for 33+ years, and the service today was poor. So OK, the young guy who doesn't know how to apologize because they could not take care of a customer's needs, just caused Perras to lose a customer that used to spend a decent amount...

I needed a 6. in. Culvert 20 ft. long. I checked with the first sales woman if they stocked such a thing. Took her just a minute to find one, get the price for me and away I went to out back. The worker quickly directed me to the product and was VERY HELPFUL in helping me load the 20 footer into the back of my Ram pickup. He jumped right in the body and secured it nicely with my straps.
