True Core Furniture — Local services in Northwest Township

We wanted an Amish made hutch, I looked high and low even going to Amish furniture stores, I was astounded at the prices as they were well beyond our reach sometimes to the point of absurdity. No offense to those Amish furniture stores, it was all beautiful furniture, just very high end prices.

I found True Core Furniture online after a good amount of searching and called after an Amish gentleman asked me what my hopeful price comparison was based on, I showed him True Core site and what I was looking at. He assured me they were a scam and not to bother. Frustrated I called True Core in Ohio from Bridger Montana, Brandon answered my call and all my questions and assured me they were real, he listened patiently jotting notes on my wish list for our hutch and said he’d get with his builders in his network and call back in a couple of days being I called on a Saturday evening. He called back in a couple of days and said they could do the hutch for the price I had been looking at which was 4-4.5 times less than any other Amish furniture quote I’d gotten. He said it would be 4-6 weeks of lead time and he’d keep my updated. That day I got an invoice in my email and I paid it in good faith and about two weeks later Brandon called to update me and check in which really left me feeling good finding his company. At the four week mark he again reached out and said in a week it would be ready to ship and that I should expect to arrange shipping then.

At the 5 week mark we arranged shipping through a national LTL freight carrier for transportation to Montana. When the piece arrived I was truly delighted, this piece was to be a birthday present for my wife, when I loaded it in my pickup the smells coming off the piece took me back to my grandfathers wood shop, it was divine, oil and fresh sawn wood! My wife was ecstatic upon arrival at our home! She shows it off proudly and every person remarks how incredible it smells. Call me odd but I must say the smell of freshly built real wood furniture seems so homey!

Brandon and True Core Furniture cannot be recommended highly enough, I’d give them 10 stars if I could, I guess he’ll just have to settle for 5 on...

He showed patience while going through various options as we made our selections. Once finished with the design phase, Brandon made himself available for questions and always kept us up-to-date with the progress of our project. Once our cabinets were finished, Brandon went above and beyond and stored them for us for several months due to our project being behind. Brandon's customer service is exceptional, our cabinets are TOP quality at an affordable price, and we will definitely be repeat customers! True Core Furniture built us a custom wet bar and table. Outstanding service! The owner walked us through the entire process of building the wet bar. They have samples materials of wood finishings, glass and countertops on-hand. Upon delivery, everything came in as expected! The quality is top notch and it’s highly unlikely that you will find a lower price.
