The initial answering of the Phone was done by a woman whose name never was given to me, there is also a lack of introduction of any sort then I was transferred over to the owner who was rude beyond belief. Asked me how many people were, and blah blah blah and that's quote for quote then when I tried to tell him what date I wanted he sighs loudly into the the phone as if I was bothering him or disturbing him and whatever he was doing at the moment. Then when he returned and asked me more questions about the birthday party I was trying to schedule for my daughter I told him that it wouldn't work for me okay whatever and continue to be rude and then hung up. I've then called back and asked the woman who again never gives me any introduction of any sort besides where I called I asked her who I spoke with she said the owner. I told her that he was very rude and for an owner that's very uncommon I work in customer service and as an older that is not how you talk to your customers or group people on them and I will never suggest this place to anyone and I will never call her again. I work in customer service for over 10 plus years on and off there is no way that either phone conversation would be acceptable especially from an owner of a business. As an owner you want to keep teach your employees to be polite introduce themselves their names the business how they can help them and as an owner of you do your best to make sure that my business is the business you want and you don't want me to go anywhere else overall shocking experience totally Blown Away by the level of rudeness. Numerous times!!! I've watched bartenders get screamed at, talked down too, belittled and degraded, made out to look like fools by the so called owners of this establishment. The employees do not get appriciated at all. The owner Joel, & Bob do not think twice about running a bartenders name through the mud just to make themselves feel better about themselves. Ive watched a bartender break down in tears because of the way they screamed and treated her over a simple 75 cent HONEST mistake. I dont know what kind of establishment can be successful when the people managing it are so cruel and rotten, and genuinely enjoy treating people so poorly. This will be my 1st and last time here. Wanted us to take off our shows so the carpet wont get wet for the league bowlers. Then was rude about people bowling to stay behind the foul line to protect their floor REALLY!! AND They weren't welcoming to their establishment and didnt offer any assistance with these outdated machines. And its VERY COLD IN THEIR! Needless to say we wont be back and I dont recommend anyone else...
