They were Amazing. I called last minute on a Saturday and the young man that answered the phone stated he would wait on me to get there. He removed one tire and was going to "patch it for free" turns out that one was just fine. I was already going there to replace my other tire. The dealership wanted 320.00 to replace it...I chose to take the chance and drive home to them. The car was literally brand new, I would expected Vandveer to stand behind a brand new car with 2000 miles on it. But instead they said nope, even though I called the tire manufacturer and he said they would Honor it and so did KIA corporate directly. They said have Vandveer submit a claim to the manufacturer and they would pay it. Vandevere refused. So I after I got the news and the estimate. I was like I will take my chances. Parked the car for 3 weeks so I could get the money to fix a tire and it turned out to be a ton cheaper and a better tire, KATZ provided. I will continue to keep my cash local to these young men. They can service all 4 of our cars with tires from no on and anyone I can refer to...

This place is excellent! Honest, Fair, and Efficient!! Needed 2 tires to get me through winter and part of spring, before I get a new car. My Dad let me know how well Buddy did for him, so I went to check them out. Buddy found me a really nice pair of Cooper tires and quoted me a very reasonable price for the tires w/ labor included. My dad and I went to breakfast and came back to find 2 different and better looking tires than what Buddy originally showed us. He let us know that when he started to install the others he realized they were not as good as he initially thought, so he found 2 better tires. Been going to this shop for nearly 18yrs & these guys are real homegrown good people. Wont steer you wrong when it comes to tires. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go there because they are very personable & most important they are HONEST. Small Mom & Pop family owned place. They are not mechanics but can tell you what is wrong with your vehicle if you are burning thru tires. They also know the community & can recommend mechanics in the area. Wont go anywhere else as long as these people are in business. Forget the big name shops... they may get you in & out quicker but they will never compare to the personal, honest & dedicated service of...
