Let me preface by saying we did enjoy our time at this patch, but here's why we won't be visiting again next year. The entrance is a nightmare, the road to the parking lot runs directly through the middle of the pumpkin patch. We came on a Saturday so it was PACKED and took 20+ minutes to get to the parking lot with all the people crossing the road. It was pricey for our family of 3, and the entrance fee doesn't include some of the activities that are offered, pony rides, zip line etc are extra. Like I said it was very busy, so there were long lines for everything including the jumping pillows, the corn pool, even all the swings. We grabbed some hot chocolate and sat by the jumping pillows, where we saw the pumpkin cannon and there was a 5 gallon bucket that shot up from the cannon and almost hit the kids area (where the little spinny seat are). We paid $7 for a pony ride that lasted all of 60 seconds. Every employee we came in contact with seemed seemed irritated, none of them were smiling or "nice" for a lack of a better word (minus the hay ride driver, he was friendly). The pumpkin set up they have when you first walk in is beautiful though, and the little kids area had lots to do if it...
Β Β Β Read moreook the trip to Howell and was there just to purchase some items. Was there with myself and my wife to purchase some flowers and other items and arrived there at 4:30 and the place closes at 5. Then was informed we had to pay for full price admission. We were told this was due to the fact others had used the free entry to use the facilities and they had lost a lot of money the day prior. I paid the fee as it was pretty much a wash for the cost of driving all the way out to Cumming and I really didnβt want to just turn away and not get what I came there for. We were also told this rule was enacted today. Also told - by the way - by the staff member as she explained this - Iβll tell you what happened but I really owe you no explanation. The explanation I get is they canβt seem to police the people who are abusing their rules so they penalize good...
Β Β Β Read moreI was disappointed after a 90minute drive. It was nearly $60 just to get in for 2 adults and a 5yr old. Then to have an entire pumpkin patch full of mostly crushed or unripe pumpkins. What really irritated me the most was the weight scales for the pumpkins. 64lbs seems like a scam. I could lift all 3 pumpkins with 1 hand n they felt light. I almost left right then and there. Highway robbery and I'd never go here again. Sure, there's lots to do but it's not my cup of tea as far as paying over $139+ just for a pumpkin patch and pumpkins and a mum plant. Let's face it, they are robbing people. Only positive things to say are cute goats and cheap drinks. I'd also like to add that they over packed the ride to the pumpkin patch which was irresponsible to say the least with all the viruses...
