Steer clear of this place. They damaged my car and then submitted false information to their insurance company to avoid paying the claim. Shady shop, shady insurance company. So my axles were fine. They were damaged during strut replacement by them. I took it to Honda and they agreed about the heat damage and replaced the axles. Coop opened an insurance claim. This was submitted to their insurance company. This was a pre inspection for the strut noise. Mind you, I never got a copy of this ever. Nor was I told about the things that required immediate attention other than the struts. Work done a few days later; Front and rear brakes done, no repair to exhaust system. Rear brakes were done by them within past 11 months. Bill was $400 over estimate and was charged again for State Inspection. I showed up very shaken to the Co-op service center, since I was afraid to keep driving, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They fit me in even though they were busy.
