I don't feel like I matter as a customer to this company. I called 3 weeks ago and was told that I would be called back after waiting 2 weeks of not hearing anything I called back had to leave a message (they had 4 hours to call back after message was left), a week later I had to go in because again I have never heard anything. When they were told I was not impressed with their customer service with me they just kind of blew me off. On another note my internet cable is currently above ground, which they are suppose to come bury The cable is not suppose to be drove over however it runs through my driveway, which means that I can not use my whole driveway. The internet is constantly crashing, the employees don't know how to fix it, and the speeds aren't even what they promise with the contract. I called and asked why my speeds were at 2 or 3 mbps instead of the 10 I pay for (Alaska has 500 mbps in 2013) and they told me that too many people in my town were online and I should just look for a new service if I don't like it.
