Upset because I hadn’t used my card in ten months and they removed me and my credits from the system. The card mentions nothing about an expiration date and management did not attempt to make it right citing they had NO record of me in thier system. Saying thier cutoff time is six months. Not happy that was $30 of wasted money on my part can’t be mad at them right :( My star rating had nothing to do with the church they are a good part of the community and they weren’t completely rude to me. My rating was based on the loss of money and the lack of data available for me to act on a timely based situation. Surely they could have pulled financial records since it was a card based transaction. I’d be happy to pull my bank statement and bring it in as well as revise my rating if the owner wishes to help rectify the situation.

I revised my rating due to owner interactive response and thanked them for not interpreting my poor rating as a personal attack against this establishment. Essentially they offered to review and make it right upon mgmt. return to the office, they also offered to expedite the credit sooner if needed. This is very thoughtful and caring of them to consider my circumstance in light of the situation. My only advice to other patrons is be aware that if you have an unused balance please consider donating or redeeming so that you don’t lose out. Once a business closes its books month end/year end. I really used to like this place. Unfortunately the dab bar guy came out to my car just before they were closing to tell me their parking was private. I responded that I was a member only to be told they were closing soon and I had to leave before they called the cops. Before letting me explain I had been in the lounge smoking so I was trying to wait out my buzz for a bit. He proceeds to go around my car taking pictures. I promptly left and will never return. I really love this place, the staff is super nice and very welcoming. When I first started going in a few months ago, they weren’t the greatest, but they’ve improved so much. I love the bud and the selections they have, also the prices are awesome! Especially in comparison to Maggie’s Farm or any other recreational facility.
