I had a chance to visit Mohala Farms recently and it is a beautiful amazing farm. They have lovely organically grown vegetables including bananas, plantains, swiss chard, kale, collard greens, arugula, breadfruit, lemons and cassava. The lead farmer, Mark, really cares about taking care of the land and teaching people about the Hawaiian culture.
