Thomas Carrington custom built a recording pc for my new studio in Florida, he shipped it 911 miles with no issues. It's special, utilizing i9 processors, very quick, absolutely no latency, which is critical in todays recording environment. I have complete confidence in Thomas providing the best choices for my budget. As a recording musician - keys & guitarist, I also know Thomas as an outstanding drummer & studio tech. Love you brother, thanks so much !

Warning If you don't know what your talking about they will scam you. All I needed was Windows 10 program downloaded onto my computer. They said thats fine and told us how much that would be it was a low and good price then a few days later they called and said my motherboard was broken when it clearly wasn't they asked for 300$ disclaimer my computer is 500$ I paid for it then he said he'll be putting a new one in then another 3 days went by and he called again asking for another 300$ saying my graphics card was broken. How? none of those stuff were broken and worked fine so I told him No i'll just come pick it up I came and picked it up and brought it home when i got home I realized the Graphics Card wasnt even in their when i told him i'll come pick it up with the Graphics Card in it They just blankly stole my Graphics Card I called they were open and they didn't answer called again didn't answer so i ordered my same Graphics Card from amazon 100$ by the way when they asked for 300$ HUGE RIP OFF Then I took a look at the mother board i had a pic of it with its serial number then I realized they didn't even replace it and just charged me 300$ when they had done NOTHING the only thing they did was put windows 10 on my computer and steal my Graphics Card Worst customer Service ever way too high prices 300$ to replace a 80$ Mother board and they didn't even replace it the serial number were the same smh...

My desktop wouldn't turn on after I replaced the PCU, so after I failed to diagnose or troubleshoot the issue myself I decided to get professional help. The fine folks at Computer Depot fit the bill, & I was pleasantly surprised with the professionalism and interest they displayed in handling the case. They resolved the issue (turns out I plugged a wrong wire into the wrong place) within a day. They were upfront about labor and part costs as well, and I could tell after talking with them that they really knew their stuff. Not only did they fix the original problem, they also cleaned out all the dust and gunk, AND managed to resolve my cable management woes; my rig looks cleaner and tidier than the day I first put it together!

I was personally very lucky because I could have very easily fried my motherboard and a lot of other parts, but my error only fried the port I mistakenly used. I was also going to replace two fans on my own as well, but I'm glad I let them do it instead. Another shop might have tried to sell me on a brand new motherboard or offered services I didn't need, but the staff at Computer Depot didn't play games with my wallet and they salvaged a potentially expensive situation.

All in all, the staff were professional, kind, and hardworking beyond what I expected, and I will definitely refer my friends here in the future. A big shout-out to Douglas, who was my primary...

I have to say, I've been really impressed with these folks in the past. They've done a stellar job at helping me keep a laptop running for many years, even when I should have given it up. They've helped my elderly father, my husband, others in my family or friend groups. My last visit, however, was a true disappointment. The request was simple - format an external hard drive for Windows and Mac access and move the data from two old computers onto it. I was told $75 per device - fine. I don't have time to do it myself. I picked up a few days later and was told they'd only charge me half because of the age of the computers. I asked about the drive formatting and was told they didn't change it. (What?) I was told I could dump the data to my Mac and format the drive myself. (What? Whatever, get me out of here.)

Now that I have time to dump data and format a drive, I discovered files missing that I knew were on the two computers. On one, the oldest of the two, they failed to transfer the entire My Documents folder from the hard drive. (What?) To be safe, I double-checked the other laptop - also found missing files.

In essence, I paid them $75 so that I could spend some time doing exactly what I paid them to do for me in the first place....
