After leaving my eye doctor, in tears, from outrageous eyeglasses prices .... I used Google and found All About Eyes. I drove over and found Kenton; overworked, alone and with too many customers. Add in me, recovering from price shock & aggravation.... he clearly was going to need an adult beverage or a pay raise after this Monday! He apologized about 12 times and called me "ma'am" once too many times, but finally showed me the horrific sale section! Let's just say the $69 frames should go ahead & be thrown into the Lions' donation box! Do everyone a favor. Then he told me about the Buy 1 Get 1 promo....that suited me much better. Amidst, a few other hiccups that I promised I wouldn't put in my review and a few phone calls he had to take...he finally got me squared away! That leads me to today....I got a nifty text saying my glasses had arrived! Early! Yay! I head over to grab them. Two delightful ladies were there and it took both to help me today! Even tho, I couldn't leave with what I ordered...they promised to get me new frames! So, I left with used frames. ---- I got scratched by the one pair. It has a damaged ear piece. I may be scarred for life. Just kidding, but it was quite sharp. Wish it had been caught before they were sent out, but it happens.---- So glad Google and high prices sent me to All About Eyes! Great selection, low prices, we shall see about quality and their staff seems to be awesome! Kenton definitely went the extra mile. I will be back...and I will definitely send more...
Read moreThis is so hard to leave this review since my family has gone for years. This rating does not count for the doctor. He is amazing! The office staff lacks knowledge and is not honest with their patients. There were complete lies told to the patient and then lies told about what the patient said to try to backtrack. The optician that helped today seemed under the influence of something. She fell into one of the machines while pretesting my son. She did not appear to be sober. Then when it was explained to her that we wanted to use the insurance benefits to pay towards whatever amount of contacts it covered she lied. She said there was a significant change in RX, she said an annual supply was what the insurance covered, she said the large amount due was the copays when asked. When I went back to have it fixed I was told she also told her counterpart it was said we didnât want the insurance used but saved for glasses. Also the annual supply was requested for a rebate. Neither true. He still had another annual supply at home. I have never had such a horrible experience with someone lying to make a sale. If itâs a misunderstanding thatâs one thing but to completely lie is unacceptable. Sad to leave the doctor but must find an entire office that can be trusted. I can only imagine how many people were scammed for a sale. Good luck with...
Read moreI have been a customer of All About Eyes for several years, even after trying the so called "discount places". I am always able to get an appointment either the same day I call or the day following. This week I called on Tuesday morning and was able to get in on Tuesday afternoon. Shelby was AH MAY ZING, at qualifying my insurance and letting me know exactly what would be covered and even provided what I like to call a "guestimate" on what I would be spending based on my previous year purchases. Shelby was attentive following my eye dialation and even followed up with my Husband and I that evening to make sure I didn't have any complications following the dialation. I believe the names of the other young ladies in the office are Colette and Megan. Watching them interact with other customers while I was picking out new frames, really was great. They were personable and didn't suggest frames too far outside the style of which the customer was already looking for. KUDOS to the gals at the Shiloh All About Eyes location for going above and beyond what settle for as acceptable for customer service. Y'all really do care about your customers and the health of their...
